Who can apply

We can help you if you and the other people on the mortgage:

  • have an offer accepted on a property

  • live in the UK

  • have the right to remain in the UK indefinitely

  • are not using Help to Buy or Right to Buy government schemes

Steps to getting a mortgage

  1. Complete your mortgage profile

  2. Your adviser will contact you within 24 hours of you completing your profile

  3. Upload your documents

After you've applied

  1. Your adviser will submit your application to the lender

  2. You'll get your mortgage offer

  3. Your solicitor or conveyancer will start the legal side of things (often around 90 days depending on your situation)

Upload your documents

Once you’ve accepted a mortgage recommendation from your adviser, we’ll ask you to upload some documents.

You’ll need:

  • 3 months of bank statements

  • 3 months of payslips

  • your ID - this can be a scan of your passport or driving licence

  • proof of address - this can be a bill or bank statement with your address on it that’s dated in the last 3 months

If you’re self employed you’ll also need:

  • 2 to 3 years of tax calculations (SA302s)

  • 2 to 3 years of accounts

  • 3 months business bank statements depending on the lender

You can save time and avoid delays by making sure your documents will be accepted first time.
